Text resistance and Movie resistance

Text resistance and Movie resistance can be very similar but at the same time different. I go through resistance through both.
Movie resistance and Book resistance are different because of how simple it is to keep away from the resistance. Movies are hard to resist from the parts you want to resist because you can miss alot of what is happening Books are easier to resist what you wish, simply skip the page or just the paragraph, without missing to much of the story.
Another way that movie resistance and book resistance is different is because of how you picture it. Movies you actually see, hear it. Books you have to picture/imagine it and every one's imagination is different from the others.
Movies and Book resistance can also be similar. They can be similar because they feeling it gives you. Movies might add some music to show the feelings and books will add many words or pictures but yet they will feel the same way. I feel that if i read a book and there is a part I resist, i will feel the same way with the movie. Its like two different people mixing to different formulas but getting the same results.
Therefore movies and books are different. Also similar. Movies are hard to keep away from the part you resist and books sometimes are easier. Movies are easier to imagine what is happening, and books are harder. There also similar. You can feel the resistance in a movie and feel it the same way as a book.

A Child Called "It" by Dave Pelzer

This book was so depressing and interesting that I have to make a blog post on it. A very intense book about a young boy who has been abused by his mother. This book was touching and heartbreaking to hear these stories about this boy being abused by his own mother and his older brothers to watch.
One reason the book was sad to me was Dave's dream. His dream was for his father to stick to his promise which is to save him from this hell hole of a house. But it never came true. Sometimes when someone makes me a promise i would get sad about them breaking it, but a promise that serious would be terrible to break.
Another reason why this book i thought this book was extremely sad. Is because it was a true story. I know many people have experience abuse but not all of then experienced writing a book about it. This story was sad to begin with but knowing it was a true story made me beyond sad. Sad because this little innocent boy has experience beatings that no kid should ever be beaten. A spank or a timeout is one thing. But making your child eat poop, drowning him, smacking him poisoning him, Starving him and not loving him is a different story. A complete different story.
The last reason i thought this book was sad was because no one has done anything to help him for a long time. The teachers knew, some adult suspected it. But he was helped many years later. Which is terrible timing. But a great way to make a dramatic story about it. Noticing in alot of book/movies that usually when some one is getting abused it takes them a long to  for them to express what is happening to them.
Therefore the book A child called "it" is a very sad story. It is sad because Dave pelzer (The author) is the main character (Meaning its a true story). Its also sad because Dave yes been abused in the book for many years and no one was there to help him. The main reason it was sad because of his dream which didn't come true.

A character that I admire

A character that i admire would be Percy Jackson from the Percy Jackson & the Olympians series. Percy is the main character who is a demi god trying to save the world and find out his prophecy. I choose Percy as a
character that i admire  because i can relate to him. I also chose Percy because he is very hard to relate to.
One reason that i can relate to Percy Jackson is his Leadership. Percy has to be a leader in order to succeed his quests. I feel like I'm a leader out of my friends. I make the right choices and Lead us to a safe path (For Now On). Another reason i can relate to Percy Jackson is his Braveness. Percy is a demigod which means he has powers and stronger then normal people (meaning humans) he has to fight big, ugly green, tall, evil monsters.
Sometimes I feel I do to. But my monsters are not green and evil tall or big. My monsters are challenges, and problems which I'm sure everyone has to face their "Monsters" at least once in life. The last reason that i can relate to Percy is his love for the sea.  love the sea ever since i was younger. Percy can control the sea so he has no choice but to like the sea.
I also admire Percy Jackson because i cannot relate to him. One reason I can't relate to Percy is because he is a demi-god with magical powers. I know for a fact that no one can relate to that part of Percy's life. I also cannot relate to Percy because his very immature. Percy doesn't know how to stop and listen sometimes. I feel that i am the opposite, One warning for me and that is enough. I notice all through out the book Percy gets warned once, he doesn't listen and he ends up in like a dark hole or about to get eaten by a cyclops or something. Another reason i can't relate to Percy is because of his reading problems. Percy has dyslexia and ADHD. which are serious problems that can effect your reading, writing and your movement. I definitely cannot relate to that because i never had a disorder or a reading problem. I never experience something like that.
Therefore I can and can't relate to Percy Jackson. I can relate to Percy because his braveness, his leadership and his passion for the see. I can't relate to Percy because his immaturity, his powers and his ADHD/Dyslexia.

The name of this book is secret by Pseudonymous Bosch

The book The Name of This Book Is Secret by Pseudonymous Bosch is a very interesting mystery book about a girl and her best friend who figure out a long adventurous journey to figure out the mystery of a dead famous magician. Although the book is fiction. The main characters show signs that they're real but also fake. Fake meaning highly unlikely for a child our age (around the age of 10-15) to do. Real meaning it most likely for a child around our age to do then not to do.
One reason Cass and Max-Ernest can be real people are how adventurous they are. Cass and Max-Ernest always want to go somewhere and do something, Travel etc. I know lots of kids want to go on an adventure, play a game,or  travel. Another reason Cass and Max-Ernest can be real people are what they do out side of school. Cass goes home does her homework help her grandparents with a couple things eat cookies, drink milk. These things are activities kids 5-15 would do,Unlike some books were there these people go home and hide in a closet and end up in a different world. My last reason these characters can be real people are how confident they are. Many kids are confident that they can do what the parent can do. Such as solving a mystery or Saving someones life. For an example when i was younger (about 5 years old) i used to dig in the dirt of my backyard hoping i would find a piece of gold or something very valuable that a treasure hunter who be the way probably has a huge amount of experience can't even find.
Cass and Max-Ernest can also be fake people. One reason they can be fake is the Mystery. It's highly unlikely for children to go on a mission to sneak into a dead magicans house and find information about him while professional detectives are trying to do the same. Another reason they can be fake is Cass's preparedness. Cass is so prepaid, she keeps a bag filled with serviving materials such as: Pocket knife, a Flash light etc. I know being prepared for a natural disaster every single day is something a  kid would prefer not to do. The last reason that these character are fake is working at a young age. Cass and Max-Ernest are around 12 years old and they are trying to solve a deadly and Dangerous crime. I am pretty sure that Children solving a dangerous mystery is illegal.
Therefore Cass and Max-Ernest can be real people or Characters in a book. They can be real because they adventurous, they do normal activities that real people would do after school and their confidence. Cass and Max-Ernest also can be characters in a book because their in mystery, their way to prepaid and their doing something illegal which is  working on a deadly mission for kids.

I Am Number Four Justice Essay.

Justice-the quality of being just; righteousness, equitableness, ormoral rightness: to uphold the justice of a cause. Justice in the book by Pittacus Lore strikes constantly. In Hard and obvious ways. Their is also people who block The main character (Four) for justice.
I felt like Four knows how to fight back. Comparing him to other books with teenagers that have supernatural powers, Usually the kids don't fight back. Because 1. they can really hurt someone 2. they do not want to loose cover 3. to control their power. Four is not like them, He's not afraid to fight back. I feel like he shows justice when he fights back with Mark even though he's doing the wrong thing, He's trying to defend him self. He doesn't really hurt Mark physically only mentally, with words. The reason i think Four is showing justice with fighting back with mark is by teaching him a lesson to stop bullying people.
Henri is definitely the character that stops Four from justice. He is very afraid of Four doing anything that will get him alot of attention. Which i don't blame Henri for being scared, Four is being tracked down and might be killed. Although Henri warns Four to becarful and treations him that they are going to move if he doesn't watch what he does Four continues to Fight back. Which also shows another way that Four is showing  justice.

I Am Number Four by Pittacus Lore

I only have been reading this book for about 2 days and I already see conflict. The conflict continues to grow and grow as I read in the book. But the conflict splits in many different ways. Four (The Main Character) is being track down by aliens called Mogadorians who want to kill him and the others like him. Conflict runs in the beginning of the book are inhuman ways and some ways that normal people can relate too.
Four is not a human but he looks like one. The Mogadorians are tracking him down and want him killed, same with the others like him. Which is very inhuman for an alien to move to earth and get chased by other aliens.  Four deals with this problem by staying away from pictures or anything that would be easy for the Mogadorians to find him. He also deals with being tracked down by moving.
Four constantly moves away from danger. Which I am pretty sure lots of people do that. Four does not deal with this problem very well. Like many people most don't want to move away from their friends and family. I don't blame four I would be pretty upset too. Even if moving would be a lot better/Safe to me.
Four also facing another problem. A problem that a lot of people his age and younger face. Which is fitting in. Four is not the only one that has to try to be a normal kid in school so that other people like him. Many people do that even me sometimes. Four doesn't face this problem very well. He talks back to bullies (Which is a way to start lots of problems) and he also tries to hard to keeps away from people (Like running and hiding in the bathroom or like when he hid in the photography room).
Therefore four's problems are relatable and others are not. He faces being tracked down by aliens which is not relatable. He faces constantly moving which is relatable to so many people. Lastly he has to face by fitting in which is very relatable to people who go to a new school or are not. These are only the problems in the beginning of the book, I can't wait to see what other conflicts four faces later in the book.

Freak the Mighty - Rodman Philbrick

How did Freak and Max friendship change?

Max and Freak's Friendship changes a lot in the book by there different chunks. The beginning, middle and end. Some ways are good. Some ways are bad. Others are good.
The beginning of this book Max and Freak were in preschool. Which is a great start to become friends but Max didn't befriend Freak yet, so they were basically just acquaintances. Max mentioned they way freak looked and said but Rodman Philbrick (The author)  Didn't really add dialogue between freak and max. Then something happened and the freak never came back which made you suspect thats the end between freak and max.
By the second chapter Freak just so happens to move right next to Max. The day their friendship was weak, boring, bad. Weak because freak pretended like he never met him before. Boring because nothing big happened between them. Bad because Freak was being mean to max because max is not as intelligent as freak also Because Max felt uncomfortable to say anything stupid in front of freak.
The middle of the book Max and Freak's friendship grew rapidly. The Hung all through out the summer going on quest and playing games. They even called them "Freak the Mighty" which I feel is a big symbol of their friendship. An example of their friendship growing is when they were at the lake and  freak was on Max's shoulders tight having a fun time and then Blade and his gang came which made them work together to stop them from bothering them.
At the end of the book Freak and Max's Friendship was so strong. So strong that they could not even stay away from each other. For an example when max got in trouble with the principle and he was forced to stay away from freak for a moment he freaked out. Then Rodman Philbrick decided to drop the plot mountain right there and Killed freak. Max was obviously lugubrious about the fact that he's best friend had a seger on Christmas Day and then a couple of days later he died. But I feel that their Friendship still Stands.
In conclusion Max and Freak's friend changed a lot through this book. From the begining, to the end.begining to the end. It grew from weak to strong. Growing quickly and Slowly at the same time. Also grew and so many ways.
